- 1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1–1/2 cups Mexican cheese dip
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a 6-quart slow cooker and sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the top.
- Pour Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Remove cooked chicken and shred it using two forks.
- Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix in the Mexican cheese dip until well combined.
