  • 1 (12-16 oz.) bag frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 cup plain whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, crumble feta cheese using a fork.
  3. Wring out excess moisture from thawed spinach and add it to the bowl along with Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic, chopped pepperoncini, and 1 cup of mozzarella. Mix well.
