- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
- Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente (7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
