  • 1.5 pounds white mushrooms
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1.5 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté quartered mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper until moisture evaporates (about 7-9 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese until well combined; then mix in mozzarella, half of the breadcrumbs, and half of the Parmesan.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine remaining breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and melted butter; sprinkle over the mushroom mixture.
