- 12–14 dumpling wrappers
- 1 cup ground chicken
- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Chili oil for drizzling
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, grated garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Soften the dumpling wrappers by microwaving or steaming them until pliable.
- Grease ramekins lightly with oil. Layer one dumpling wrapper in each ramekin followed by a layer of filling. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a wrapper on top.
- Cover with foil and steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Remove foil and drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving warm.
