Description

The Viral Dumpling Lasagna is a delicious twist on traditional lasagna, featuring layers of soft dumpling wrappers filled with savory ground chicken and cabbage. This unique dish is infused with chili oil, delivering a satisfying kick that elevates the comforting flavors.


Ingredients

  • 12–14 dumpling wrappers
  • 1 cup ground chicken
  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chili oil for drizzling
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, grated garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Soften the dumpling wrappers by microwaving or steaming them until pliable.
  3. Grease ramekins lightly with oil. Layer one dumpling wrapper in each ramekin followed by a layer of filling. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a wrapper on top.
  4. Cover with foil and steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving warm.
