  • 3 (5 oz) cans tuna packed in water (drained)
  • 2 celery sticks (finely diced)
  • ¼ cup red onion (finely diced)
  • ¾ cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne (optional)
  • Pinch paprika
  • Diced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, relish, lemon juice, white vinegar, and seasonings in a bowl. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook macaroni until al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain and rinse with cold water to cool completely.
  3. Cut hard-boiled eggs into preferred sizes; reserve some for garnish if desired.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled macaroni with the chilled dressing mixture, tuna, celery, red onion, peas, and egg pieces. Stir gently with a silicone spatula until well mixed.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with green onions and paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
