Ingredients
- ½ cup butter (cubed, 1 stick)
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

- ¼ cup heart-shaped sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and line a metal 9″x9″ baking pan with non-stick foil.
- In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Stir in sugar, followed by eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Add vanilla extract, salt, and red food coloring; mix until combined.
- Sift together flour and baking powder; fold into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes until puffed and dry looking. Cool completely before frosting.
