- 1 1/2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 6 oz raspberries
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch (mixed with a splash of cold water)
- 4 oz white chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla. Press firmly into a springform pan.
- Melt half of the white chocolate and pour it over the crust; let it set.
